Help using mobile banking

To access the Santander mobile banking service, simply type https://bb.santander.co.uk into your mobile phone web browser and log on using your existing online banking log on details. You do not need to register separately for mobile banking, although you have to have logged on to online banking at least once before attempting to use mobile banking.

If you are not yet registered for online banking, you will need to do so first, so that we can send you log on details in the post. When you receive your log on details in the post, you should log on to Santander Online Banking at least once to complete the registration process. Once you have logged on to online banking at least once, you will then be able to enter your online banking details at https://bb.santander.co.uk

If you don’t have online banking details already, you can order online banking details online or call 0800 169 6677 (8am-9pm Mon-Fri, 8am-1pm Sat)* or visit a Santander branch (bringing identification with you).
